The war between the telecom companies is on and it has gained some pace and heat. Tata Docomo, which was silent for so many days, has launched a new scheme and plan for its users.
The reason for this war is the launch of Reliance Jio. The company claimed to provide free service for the rest of the year as well as till the end of March 2017. Jio has been popular since its launch. Free 4G Internet and unlimited voice calling are some of the features that helped the company gain its fame.
Now that Tata Docomo has also participated in the war, it has launched some new plans to attract the customers. The new unlimited calling plan will give customers unlimited STD as well as local calls with a validity of 28 days. This is coupled with 5GB of 3G data. The new plan costs Rs 348. The same plan comes at the cost of Rs 298 for a validity of 28 days. The only difference is it will have 2GB of 3G data.
Additionally, under a different new plan, users will get limitless STD and local calls with 500MB of 3G data with a price tag of Rs 148.
Well, this is good news for users availing service from Tata Docomo. But still, we do not see any scheme or plan for postpaid users. And seeing the past as well as the history of this war, this was the exact thing expected. When will the postpaid users come into the light and be noticed?
